You must be registered as a patient before scheduling an appointment. You can sign up here.
If there are no appointments available, please check back in a few days as the schedule is updated on a rolling basis.
If you are booked for a phone appointment:
Ensure your phone is set up to receive calls from anonymous or unknown numbers. Please note that we can only call Canadian area codes.
If you are booked for a doxy.me appointment:
Double check that your computer, tablet or mobile device has a working microphone, camera and a reliable internet connection.
Please have your BC Services Card ready in case we need to verify your identity.
If your BC Services Card does not have a photo or you have a CareCard, please have a piece of photo ID ready.
